As an exercise for IBM Analytics solutions, I was prompted to explore a new visual system inspired by clinical workspaces.
We started by creating moodboards based on the prompt and clinical workspace concept.
Inspired by science fiction and mid-century minimalism, Oynx focuses on strong typography and planes of space that slide and shift as needed.
Example interfaces were then mocked up to show how the system could come together in product.
Workspaces could flex to help users focus on the task at hand.
Large, clear typography to help the user understand their data at a glance.
And elements were stripped down to their essential to create a clean workspace.
